Heat: Medium / Preparation Time: 10 Mins. / Cook Time: 20 mins.
- 4 boiled,chopped into cubes potato
- 1 small chopped green chilli
- 1 tablespoon Ananta Amchur Powder
- 1 tablespoon Ananta chaat Masala
- 2 tablespoon garlic mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
- 1 tablespoon Ananta Red Chili Powder
- 1 tablespoon Ananta Coriander Powder
- 2 tablespoon sev
- 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
- 3 tablespoon vegetable oil
- salt as per taste
Method:
- Heat some oil in a pan. Add Ananta Cumin, green chillies and let them splutter.
- Add potatoes and shallow fry till they turn golden brown in colour and crisp in texture.
- Add Ananta Red Chili Powder, Ananta Amchur powder, Ananta Coriander Powder, Ananta chaat Masala and salt. Give a good mix.
- Take out the chaat in a bowl. Garnish with pomegranate, coriander leaves, sev and garlic mayo. Give a toss and serve.
